When you register, we collect your name, email address and password. This is required to provide you with a member account.

Onboarding data

Country interests, investment experience level, investment capacity band, timeline, age band and gender. This is used to personalise your dashboard and match you with relevant guidance and signposting introductions.

Usage data

Pages visited, content viewed, time on site. Collected via Google Analytics (subject to your cookie consent) to help us improve the platform.

Signposting request data

Information you provide when submitting a signposting request. This is used to make introductions to relevant providers.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of contract (to provide the service you have signed up for), legitimate interests (improving the platform), and consent (analytics and marketing cookies).

Your rights under UK GDPR
